Provisional dates for Imperial UCU all members’ meetings until the next AGM in May 2025. Please contact ucu-office@imperial.ac.uk if you spot a problem with any of these dates and we can shift them.

Meetings are currently held online with Zoom details circulated via email.

We aim to send out agenda items one week prior to meetings, and ask for items for consideration to be sent any time prior to that.

The general rule is meetings will be scheduled on the 2nd Thursday of every other month from 12.00-13.30
